We are seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Director to join our team. This salaried position is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance services for our Long Term Care Community. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and leading staff, while ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, and the State Department of Health. Additionally, maintaining supplies and equipment to the highest standards is essential.
