• Package products being shipped and protect them from damage in shipping
• Gather products according to pick list and invoices with hand-held scanner and load all packages on truck using a tow motor
• Schedule with outgoing freight company and provide shipping tracing data
• Open packages to verify contents against packing slip and purchase order
• Receive raw materials, outsourced products, and handle customer-returned products
• Distribute package contents and notify supervisor of any shipping issues
• Work with internal and external engineering to perform troubleshooting, data collection, and resolve problems
• Assist in training employees
• Follow all guidelines, regulations, practices, and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 1 year shipping/receiving experience
• Must have previously operated a tow motor; Tow motor license is preferred
• Must be familiar with shipping vendors and requirements
• Must have the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, standards, and procedures
• Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all measures, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
