KK Integrated Logistics (KKIL) is a private, family-owned business providing commercial real estate and logistics solutions in warehousing, trucking, and port operation (stevedoring). KKIL is a 35-year old company headquartered in Menominee, Michigan with over 4 million square feet of warehousing and related, local trucking operations in Menominee, Michigan; Marinette, Peshtigo, Green Bay, De Pere, Manitowoc, Wausau, and Neenah, Wisconsin; and Troy, Indiana. We own and operate private ports in Menominee, Michigan and Green Bay, Wisconsin and are the exclusive port managers and operators for privately-owned port locations in Muskegon and Bay City, Michigan. We are a continuously growing company focused on streamlining the handling, storage, and transport of a wide variety of products in order to meet our customers’ needs. We are looking for a new team member that fits that description to join our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Improvement Manager to join our team. The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for analyzing current processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within the organization. The Process Improvement Manager will also be responsible for creating policies, processes, and workflows throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, throughout the organization and multiple locations, to gather input and feedback on current processes.

· Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce waste, optimize resource utilization, and automation of new and current processes.

· Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies, processes, and workflows.

· Work with current and potential customers to develop, improve, and implement processes.

· Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

· Lead process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

· Provide training and support to staff members to facilitate the adoption of new processes and workflows.

· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, using methods such as KPI scorecards. Make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

· Communicate progress, results, and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Develop and deliver company-wide safety training, facility emergency action plans, and risk logic.

· Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies, processes, and workflows.

· Work with current and potential customers to develop, improve, and implement processes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field or experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or related field.

· Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives in a complex organizational environment a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma a plus.

· Experience with process improvement tools and software applications is preferred.

· Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.

· Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

· Ability to travel as required.
