• Competitive wage starting at $16.50 per hour or more depending on experience and / or certification.

Dietary Cook Job qualifications :

• Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Possess sufficient communication skills to perform the required tasks .

Dietary Cook Job Duties :

Coordinates food plan, preparation of meals and snacks, according to meal schedule, while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.

• Monitors proper temperature controls for hot and cold foods, during preparation, serving and storing.
• Assists dietary manager in checking / inspecting food products and supplies as they are delivered. Assists in storage of supplies and food products.
• Performs cleaning of work areas, equipment and other duties assigned by dietary manager.
• Supervises dietary staff in absence of dietary manager.
