GWTC, a boutique law firm in downtown Memphis specializing in civil litigation, is looking for a legal assistant / paralegal to provide all aspects of litigation support, including correspondence, electronic filing in state and federal courts in the tri-state area, drafting pleadings and discovery, scheduling, and electronic and paper file management, to two partner-level attorneys. A qualified candidate's skills need to include the ability to transcribe dictation, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience with state and federal court e-filing systems. A candidate who is detail oriented, organized, and has strong time management and communication skills is preferred. At least one (1) year of law firm experience is required.
