Operations Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Data Analytics and Visualization:
- Utilize tools such as Tableau, SQL Server, Snowflake, and Excel to conduct data analysis and develop insightful visualizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various operational functions to provide actionable insights for process optimization.
- Dashboard Development:
- Design and develop impactful dashboards using Tableau to visualize and analyze operational data, catering to diverse stakeholder needs.
- Translate operational requirements into effective visualizations that drive informed decision-making.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Implement data-driven solutions to streamline operations and enhance overall business performance.
- Data Management:
- Manage and analyze operational data using SQL Server and Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
- Troubleshoot and enhance the BI Platform (Tableau) to support operational analytics initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate insights effectively.
- Play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Math, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of operational processes.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving operational environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
