- Job Postings: Work with our Account Managers to post job listings on various job boards and our website, ensuring accuracy and appeal to potential candidates
- Content Auditing: Review and audit existing content online for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with our brand standards
- Creative Writing: Develop compelling and engaging content for job descriptions and blog posts
- Social Media Postings: Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that align with our company goals
- Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of social media posts, internal team performances, and job postings, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Email Campaigns: Work with Director of Marketing on any outbound communication to candidates or clients
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule and commute to NYC when necessary
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
