Duties:

- Provide nursing supervision, real time education, and assist nursing team in caring for residents.

-Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature

- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Provide education and support to patients and their families

- Perform wound care, ostomy care, and suture removal

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse license in MN

- Strong knowledge of nursing home rules and regulations preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
