Management and coordination of the Technical Department since answering customers' calls, receiving the equipment, servicing the calibration, repair, invoicing, and shipping the equipment back to customers.

The services are to be rendered in ultrasonic electronics instruments such as flaw detectors, phased array, thickness gauges, LED screens, connectors, and videoscopes, used in aerospace, power & energy, oil & gas industries, etc.

Inventory management and control.

**Responsibilities: **

• Conduct calibration of instruments/equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform repairs on instruments/equipment, including troubleshooting, component replacement, and testing.
• Advise customers on the proper use and maintenance of the instruments/equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding instruments, troubleshooting issues, and answering inquiries.
• Organize and control of inventory

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
