As one of our Parts Clerks, you'll embark on an exciting journey to become an expert in our wide range of innovative products and the ever-evolving apparel decoration industry. With your unwavering dedication, you'll ensure our customers' satisfaction by swiftly resolving issues and providing practical solutions through our primary communication channels.

By joining our team, you will become an expert in not only replacement and spare parts of our machinery, but also in inventory and supply chain management.

Daily, you will do the following:

• Assist customers in finding the correct spare and replacement parts via communication channels, whether it be internal or directly with the customer.
• Answer customer's inquiries via phone call,
• Order processing, from order placement, completion, and shipment to customer
• Assist with parts estimates to customers and current staff when needed, which includes parts and shipping
• Answer general questions about Embroidery machine issues using knowledge obtained for about spare and replacement parts
• Assist current service technicians in the field with day-to-day needs
• Complete inventory reports for all parts on hand, accurately reporting any damaged or missing items.

But your role doesn't end there! With your industry expertise, you'll address customer questions and direct them to the appropriate departments within our company for further assistance.

To excel in this role, you'll bring an energetic, resourceful, and dedicated approach to customer success.

You will also need:

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Have previous experience in a spare parts management in any industry, the embroidery industry a PLUS
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and understand the knowledge of embroidery machine parts
• Ability to work with and understand Microsoft Suite, while also having strong computer skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, face-paced environment.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
