Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist education program
• Currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
• Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures
• Abiding by Medicare and state regulations
• Providing daily direct patient care, home visits and clinical assessments
• Using electronic medical records software
