Position Summary:
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) process. Your role involves working closely with customers to secure financing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maximizing profitability for the dealership. This is an opportunity to shape the financial operations of a brand new dealership and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance and Insurance (F&I) Operations: Manage and streamline the finance process, including securing financing, presenting and selling insurance products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Interaction: Build positive and trust-based relationships with customers. Effectively communicate financial options, terms, and conditions, and address any questions or concerns.
• Lender Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive finance and insurance. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team. Provide guidance on best practices, monitor performance, and contribute to the professional development of team members.
• Profit Maximization: Work collaboratively with sales and management teams to maximize profitability. Implement strategies to increase revenue through finance and insurance products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in a finance management role within a dealership setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
