to support our service department.

n The responsibilities

of this role may include :

n n n t

• Respond to service calls and diagnose the issues, and determine a solution
• Perform maintenance trips and communicate with the customer to AV3 standards
• Provide phone support as required
• Assist in the creation of RMAs and seeing them through completion
• Assist in answering service phone calls and emails with a strong customer focus
• Ability to manage and enter data within a ticketing system
• Loads, tests, and troubleshoots control systems such as AMX, Crestron, and Extron with both Techs and Vendor / Manufacture
• Loads, tests, troubleshoots, and manipulates DSP files including ClearOne, Biamp, and Extron
• Configures advanced AV equipment including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and BIAMP
• Fabricate, terminate, and install AV and IT cabling; RJ-45, DB-9, 3.5mm, XLR, etc.
• Configures video conferencing solutions such as Polycom and CISCO
• Test, commission, troubleshoot, and diagnose various AV systems
• Maintain certifications and continuous relevant training
• Performs all other duties as assigned

To qualify

for this position, you must possess a HS diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
