Responsibilities
- Plan, evaluate, and implement physical therapy programs for patients.
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
