Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reconditioning Technician to join our team at Spanky's Auto! As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing the important finishing touches on our automotive library as a paint finishing professional. Experience in this field is a MUST! Pay will be based on EXPERIENCE!

Responsibilities:

- Experience with wet sanding to polish vehicles

- Ensure our products reach a smooth, glossy finish.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repair tasks

- Perform heavy lifting as needed

- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Proven experience in paint finishing/wet sanding

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Ability to lift heavy objects as required

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
