ExpressPros Camp Hill has been retained by an international Engineering and Real Estate Development firm to identify and hire a Director of Accounting.
The Director is responsible for leading a team and overseeing all aspects of the accounting department - reporting, compliance and financial operations. Leadership and management experience for a team of six is required. Strong technical experience in accounting principles is mandatory.
Experience with Deltek software and Quickbooks, along with strong MS Excel skills are important for this role.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field - CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
6- 10 years progressive growth in accounting roles and responsibilities is key, along with reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Prior Engineering business experience is a plus.
