The Greer Group is recruiting a Part Time Administrative Assistant for our Client located in Alamance!
This is a 6 month Temporary assignment, that can be extended. Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Flexible on days) 20-25 hours a week or 3 days a week.
- Familiar with Excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Filing, sorting and making sure all items are in correct places.
- Assisting team members in HR with small projects.
- Scheduling meetings, and conference rooms.
- Entering data into various systems.
- Creating and editing in excel.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have a flexible work schedule.
- Must be able to work in office every day.
- Previous experience with excel, word, data entry.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment at times.
