- Must train on 1st shift for 3 months then move to 2nd SHIFT: 2:00pm-10pm

- Operate CNC grind equipment without defects
- Set up and maintain CNC Grinder equipment and meet key performance indicators
- Make minor adjustments to CNC programs as required
- Document and report any adjustments
- Make minor adjustments to programs documents and report adjustments
- Operate multiple production machines
- Perform in process inspections to produce tool product in compliance with guidelines
- Operate multiple production machines
- Minimum of 2 years experience in using a CNC grinder
- Experience with matching and cutting operations
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing preferred
