Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team. As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the proper sterilization of dental instruments and equipment, following infection control protocols, and assisting with various dental procedures. No dental office or dental assisting experience is needed. If you have been wanting to enter the dental feild, now is your chance! Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment
- Follow established infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infectious diseases
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures
- Assist dental professionals during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with dental receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
