The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and appearance of facilities by performing a range of maintenance tasks and painting duties. This role involves conducting routine inspections, addressing repairs, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various structures.
