Position: Videographer
Description
This position is designated for someone who has a passion for Videography and Production. At
TopShotPro we go above and beyond to assist our clients in their Social Media goals and offer high quality production services to do this. As a Videographer you will be responsible for meeting with clients at designated locations, collecting Video Footage and photos all while ensuring that they feel comfortable and confident. Growth in skill is highly encouraged in this position but Training will begin immediately upon hiring.

Responsibilities
● Coordinate with Team Lead on weekly schedule and location assignments
● Be prepared with equipment: Camera, batteries, SD cards, Tripod, Mics, Gimbal, lights.
● Make sure to be fully ready to start shooting 10 minutes prior to the scheduled shoot time. Before going to the shoot, make sure you are able to find parking (do your research ahead of time..
Team lead can assist in this process when communicating witht he client). If the shoot starts at 10 am, we need to be completely set up and ready to go by 9:50 am.

● Make sure the client feels comfortable and assist in capturing footage needed for campaign
● Raw files are captured following the S.O.P / Video instruction checklist
● Raw files are captured in 1080p
● Raw files are uploaded to the dropbox folder supplied by TopShotPro Team
● Video Files are sent with Instruction to Editing team through proper channels with detailed

Instructions
● Fill out video tracking form when at video shoot
● Fill out daily check in at the end of the workday

Qualifications:

● Have your own equipment and transportation (laptop or computer, dslr, gimbal, tripod, lights, lenses (Zoom Lense - 18mm-70mm, Prime Lense- 50mm and up, and a Wide Angle Lense)

● Have a comprehensive knowledge & application of real estate photography & videography, lifestyle photography lenses, lighting and video equipment

● Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments

● Competency in communicating expectations with how you want the video editing team to edit the videos

● You are proficient with google calendar, dropbox, and google drive.
● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
● Proper Attire required during shoots and events: Khakis or jeans, paired with a polo or Company shirt
● Flexibility for Travel not required but a plus. We do travel outside of the DMV to events (costs of travel and accommodations covered by company)

This position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM, with additional hours/ times as needed. Remote or in our headquarters in Tysons Corner VA.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 26 per week
