Piper Companies is currently searching for a SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to work 100% remotely with one of the world’s leading talent transformation providers.
The SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant will design, implement, and support complex Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Responsibilities for the SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant include :
- Accountable for conducting requirements and design sessions with customers
- Documenting requirements and configuration decisions
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful integration between modules
- Able to validate configurations, execute data migration activities, and manage customer relationships
- Stay up to date with upcoming SAP releases and maintaining certifications in relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules is essential
Required Qualifications for the SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant include :
- 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 2 years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Expertise in recruiting and onboarding business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Knowledge of current HR policies and practices, with the ability to anticipate future trends
- Associate or Professional level certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting Management and Marketing, Onboarding 1.0 or 2.0)
