Job Details
Gridiron IT is seeking a Service Now Developer to work on a team supporting the Office of Information Technology (OIT) under the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) for the Department of Justice.
Requirements:
- U.S Citizenship is required.
- Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
- This position is hybrid (on-site/remote). Candidate will be required to work on-site at minimum, three days a week.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent preferred
- At minimum 8 years' related work experience
- Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions
- Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment
- Able to implement on time to a Program Increment (PI) schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Areas of Support include:
- IT Service Management (ITSM) - Incidents, Service Requests, Service Portal, Change Management, DevOps
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) - Project Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery, CMDB
- Third Party integrations through REST API
- Ability to support additional areas as necessary.
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow products
- Provide expertise on technical questions related to development of ServiceNow functions
- Develops the technical solutions, implements them and conducts production releases
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions
- Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a Program Increment (PI) schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Customizing ServiceNow UI
