Stratacent is Hiring an AWS Engineer Near Mc Lean, VA
Location : Dallas, TX/McLean, VA (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments according to best practices and client requirements.
- Implement automation solutions for provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of AWS infrastructure through continuous monitoring and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and optimize AWS services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cloud computing, and proactively recommend enhancements to existing architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive years of experience working as an AWS Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud architecture patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
