Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service software
- Experience in freight or transportation management is a plus
- Proficiency in Service Titan, Field Edge, SyteLine, or similar software systems preferred
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of HVAC /Refrigeration systems is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.84 - $24.51 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
