Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Custom Cabinet Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint to cabinet doors. Your expertise in custom cabinets painting will be essential in delivering high-quality results. If you have a passion for transforming spaces and attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture
- Apply paint or other finishes using sprayers
- Attention to detail with cabinet doors before and after painted
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed during painting projects
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools as well as your area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of custom cabinet paint and what the process is
- Proficient in using painting tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Excellent color vision and ability to match colors accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
