Duties include:
- Complete all apartment turns.
- Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
- A/C and heating systems
- Appliances
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings
- Tile, carpet, and flooring
- Interior/exterior lights
- Fireplaces, ceiling fans
- Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
- Door locks
- Ceiling leaks
- Walls
- Other duties assigned by Community Manager or Service Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
