Amerimed Mobile Integrated Healthcare provides clinical house-calls for patients recently discharged from the hospital or otherwise mobility challenged and have difficulty visiting their primary care provider.
The Nurse Practitioner in the McDonough, GA area will be an important member of the clinical care team. Partnered with a medical assistant, providers will work with local hospital executives/clinicians, and provide care to patients recently discharged from the hospital in a home-based setting. Flexible schedule, competitive pay, fun non-office setting, and advancement opportunities available within this growing company.
Applicants are required to have:
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as a NP
- CPR, ACLS (preferred but not required)
- Current Drivers License (with an acceptable driving record)
Applicants must be able to perform physical responsibilities of the job including but not limited to:
- Lifting 50 Lbs.
- Sitting in a vehicle for long durations
- Be able to perform patient care needs in a non-traditional setting.
