- The Accounts Receivable Clerk processes daily cash deposits and maintains cash control sheet.
- Updates accounts receivable ledger by customer.
- Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers upon request.
- The Accounts Receivable Clerk processes daily credit card deposits.
- Files check stubs and bank receipts.
- The Accounts Receivable Clerk researches and processes customer claims of invoice payments.
- Researches and processes chargebacks, returns and bad checks.
- The Accounts Receivable Clerk answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up.
- Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary to update accounts.
- The Accounts Receivable Clerk assists with related special projects as required.
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
