Custom Physical Therapy and Fitness is Hiring a Physical Therapist Near Mc Adenville, NC
Growing Physical Therapy Company is currently looking for a Physical Therapist to provide quality patient care at our Outpatient clinic located in McAdenville, NC. We are looking for energetic, self-starters to join our team of highly skilled and patient-oriented Physical Therapists.
Duties:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Utilize modalities such as heat, cold, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and traction to relieve pain and promote healing
- Provide manual therapy techniques including trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and soft tissue mobilization
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention strategies
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions
- Ability to develop effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and effectively communicate treatment goals and progress
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, and hospital medicine
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes
Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required
