When joining Wright, the WTS Talent Associate’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain a talent community aligned to specific technical skillsets. The purpose of building a talent community is to provide a consistent pool of candidates to the open roles being recruited on by the Talent Consultants. Your secondary responsibility is to generate leads for the Senior Talent Consultants.
Provided you are meeting the Success Criteria, after 12 Placements you will become a Talent Consultant. Your focus will shift to full cycle recruiting. From your first day with Wright, to the time you become a Talent Consultant typically takes six to nine months. A significant increase in salary and participation in our industry leading commission plan awaits at the time you become a Talent Consultant.
A successful Talent Associate will consistently deliver enough qualified candidates to the Talent Consultants that your efforts will result in two hires per month. For Talent Associates the orientation period is months one through four.
