DESCRIPTION
When joining Wright, the WTS Talent Consultant’s primary responsibility is to fill technical positions on behalf of our clients with outstanding talent.
These may be direct-hire positions or they may be contract for consulting based projects. It will be up to you to match an individual’s technical skills and experience as well as their culture fit with a client’s job requirements.
Ensuring the right fit for both the company and for the candidate is critical at Wright.
Provided you are meeting the Success Criteria, after contributing to a set number of placements, you will become a Sr. Talent Consultant.
Your focus will shift to sales and account management in addition to ensure you continue to fill your clients’ positions.
From your first day with Wright, to the time you become a Sr. Talent Consultant typically takes 24 months.

The Talent Consultant role is hybrid, requiring that you work from Wright’s Mayfield Heights’ headquarters a minimum of three days per week.
You are able to be remote up to two days per week.
