The Shipping & Receiving Clerk performs warehouse activities for the site which include packaging and shipping of the sales order. Labeling all the raw material product on time so it can be put away. Also, will perform housekeeping functions so that the warehouse is kept clean and orderly.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
TECHINICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good Communication Skills
- Good grammar and attention to details (written)
- Good organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- Forklift certification

While performing the duties of this job, the employee stands most of the time; however, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will assist with packaging of all sales orders for shipping on daily basis.
- Will input data on the Fed Ex café system for all boxes packaged to be picked up at the end of the day.
- Receive all incoming items.
- Will be required to understand the HOLD, Release, Quarantine system.
- Will need to pull sales orders and complete associated paperwork in a timely manner.
- Send sales order final report at the end of the day to Huvepharma customer service.
- Label all inventory items once approved by QC with yellow stickers and put in location.
- Keep warehouse and office area clean and orderly.
- Assist with labeling and/or packaging of vials.
- Keep warehouse stocked with shippers. This will involve driving a forklift from storage location to warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned.
