Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and glassware
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Make drinks for Servers
- Opening Set up or closing restock and cleanup
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Strong sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials
- Familiarity with banquet or event bartending is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
