**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our chiropractic clinic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our clinic’s services, increase patient acquisition, and enhance brand awareness within the local community.

**Duties:**

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

2. Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, and email marketing.

3. Create compelling content for the clinic’s website, blog, and social media channels to engage with current and potential patients.

4. Set up an coordinate community outreach events, lunch and learns, and seminars to educate the public about natural healthcare and our clinic’s services.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies align with the clinic’s goals and objectives.

6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

8. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing efforts as needed.

**Experience:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business

2. Experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.

3. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
