Here's what you'll do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
Identify, qualify and generate leads through market research and prospecting.
Learn proven sales methodologies to present and close deals.
Assist with marketing initiatives to promote our staffing solutions.
Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. (Great for building connections!)
Assist with creating and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
Manage and analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain content for social media platforms to promote the company and its staffing solutions. (Great for recent marketing grads!)
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
A bachelor's degree in any field. (Sales or Marketing preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong work ethic and a desire to learn
A positive and results-oriented attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
