Join our dynamic team at Alliance Health System! We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, driven, and articulate individual to fill the role of Senior Recruiter on our team. This full-time position calls for a seasoned recruiter with expertise in every aspect of the recruitment process, from preparation and sourcing to screening, hiring, and onboarding. As a crucial member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with department managers, anticipating and fulfilling our future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including databases, online platforms, and social media.
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates by meticulously reviewing resumes and job applications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process by preparing interview questions and necessary materials.
  • Assist with job posting and advertising to reach a wide pool of talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff to facilitate the offer process, including recommending salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview, selection, and closing process with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role and aligned with industry standards and organizational needs
  • Keep abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to continuously refine our approach.
  • Represent Alliance Health System at college job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Education And Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
