University Village Assisted Living is Hiring a Laundry Attendant Near Massillon, OH
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dry cleaning and laundering services, particularly within an Assisted Living setting.
Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, linens and personal items
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers
- Inspect items for stains or damage and treat them accordingly
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of soiled linens
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in laundry operations
- Knowledge of laundry procedures
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
