- Work is to support Research and Development staff in testing products for the personal care group.
- Sample preparation, testing, and data analysis help is needed.
- The individual will work in a chemistry lab, taking direction from team members to make small batches and operate test equipment as necessary.
- Requires some general laboratory skills (use of balances and small equipment operation) or special skills taught by team.
- Can follow rules and directions regarding recording data (no white out--cross through and initial mistakes, always use black or blue ink, dating work).
- Requires substantial independent judgment.
- With moderate instruction, must be able to perform routine testing and work with specific instrumentation.
- If possible, 5 years experience in similar work environment.
