Organization SummarySmart Homes / Smart Offices designs, installs, and services seamlessly integrated Computer, Network, Lighting, Security, HVAC control and A/V systems for commercial and residential customers.
Smart Offices performs on-site Audio / Video Systems installations, computer equipment repair, network configuration and software support primarily in the State of Michigan.
Purpose of the PositionThe team member will contact and create appointments between our customers and our programming and installation team, working closely with Project Management (PM). Other duties include answering calls, responding to scheduling related customer requests and directing technical calls.
Major Functions
  • Create installation, service, and site-visit appointments with customers.
  • Managing the schedule to reflect where staff are deployed.
  • Putting approved time off requests on the schedule.
  • Provide status updates to customers.
  • Answering phone calls related to project status and scheduling.
  • Directing technical calls to the correct staff members.
  • Working with PM staff to schedule projects and predict staffing availability.

Pay Range Is Dependent On Experience.Overtime is not expected, but may be approved on an as-needed basis.Benefits include health insurance, vision, dental, vacation, holidays, life insurance, 3% retirement match, and potential profit sharing.
Schedule:
  • 8 to 9 hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
License:
  • Driver (Required)
Pay Frequency:
  • Bi weekly
