Barker Animation Art Galleries & Collectibles in Foxwoods Tanger Outlets is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our Foxwoods team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting visitors, and contributing to the sales and success of our gallery & collectibles store.

· Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with visitors, provide information regarding store merchandise, and offer an exceptional customer experience. A positive and customer-focused attitude is a MUST.

· Selling: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing store merchandise, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records. Minimum 1 year retail experience is required.

· Store Appearance: Help maintain the store's appearance, including arranging merchandise, ensuring cleanliness, and organizing exhibitions.

· Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of the store's merchandise, collectibles, artists, and art-related topics to effectively communicate with visitors and answer their questions.

· Inventory Management: Assist in inventory tracking, including restocking, pricing, and labeling merchandise.

· Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, managing inquiries, and providing support for store events. Attention to detail and ability to multitask, be able to operate opening and closing procedures. Basic computer skills for transaction processing using a POS (point of sale) system and general computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office) are mandatory.
