Job Description
Production Maintenance : Troubleshooting / repairing complex production operating systems. Technicians work on both electrical and mechanical systems (Testers, Robotics, Pneumatics, .
Extensive Electronics and PLC troubleshooting / programming as well as mechanical overhaul and adjustment of machinery. Daily and preventative maintenance on automated equipment.
Knowledge of control wiring, strong computer skills and project management skills preferred
Requirements :
- 2 yrs, experience / education / training in industrial maintenance or technically relative field.
- Demonstrated abilities in troubleshooting, modifying, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on automated industrial equipment.
- Demonstrated cross-functional experience / skills : PLC, HMI, Ladder Logic, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic , Pneumatic systems.
- Must have knowledge of basic electronics theory and some practical experience
- Should have a demonstrated ability to plan / prioritize work.
- PC skills- MS excel / word, hardware, windows operations.
- Must not be color-deficient.
- Must be able to work at heights of 20 ft on ladder / lifts
