TERRA Staffing Group is Hiring a CNC Programmer Near Marysville, WA
This company specializes in supplying structural airplane parts and components for the aerospace and defense industries. In this CNC Programmer role, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by creating, optimizing and maintaining the programs used to create accurate and high-quality parts and components for their customers.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to produce numerical code required to machine part
- Analyze drawings, solid models and design engineering instructions to determine selection of cutting tools and machine cutting parameters
- Create instruction sheets, job aids, cutter lists for setup and operation of machine
- Write program instructions in numerical control (G Code)
- Observe operation of machine on trail runs and troubleshoot issues alongside machinists
CNC Programmer Requirements
- 3 years of CNC programming experience within a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of CNC programming languages
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerancing
- Experience working with 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines
- Experience with NX Unigraphics highly desired
