- $ 28.00 to $ 34.00 / hour
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- This role will be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition reporting needs in terms of creating, generating, maintaining, and improving reports
- Generate and improve reports based on KPIs to ensure quality data and on-time delivery of reports
- Collaborate and consult with Talent Acquisition units and stakeholders to understand and deliver complex reporting services for insights and data visualization
- Collaborate with HR Technology and IT teams to understand system capabilities and data management
- Troubleshoot, coach, and provide general support to end users (recruiters, hiring managers, applicants, etc.)
- Additional work may be assigned
- Minimum of 3 years experience supporting reporting capabilities and implementation in a relevant function (Oracle – Taleo, PeopleSoft; SAP – Success Factors, Fieldglass)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate – Advanced in Excel, Visio)
- Proficient in PowerBi
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented
- Results oriented
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
