We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, coding, and collections. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Review and verify accuracy of billing data

- Generate and submit medical claims to insurance companies

- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe

- Utilize medical billing software to process claims

- Investigate and appeal denied claims

- Maintain patient billing records

- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

**Experience:**

- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding

- Experience with medical billing systems

- Knowledge of medical collection procedures

- Familiarity with medical records management

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
