Conformance Coatings & Prototype, Inc. is Hiring an Industrial Painter Near Marysville, MI

Conformance Coatings & Prototype, Inc. is a small "job shop" style paint shop. We paint a variety of items. From medical to military to automotive.

In search of a full-time Industrial Painter. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in painting metal, plastic parts, and/or automobiles using HVLP or conventional paint guns and pressure pots. We show the right candidate the technique to paint the types of materials we paint IF they have the right experience in using those styles of paint guns. We DO NOT powder coat.

Some duties will include, but are not limited to: prepping parts for paint using MEK, acetone, or air gun, setting up/tearing down of the paint booths, painting plastic parts using HVLP or conventional paint guns, mixing paint as needed, and any of the end of day gun and pot cleaning, breaking down the booth, sweeping, and cleanup of the work area.

The pay rate is $16 to $22 per hour to start and will be determined by the experience you have. Performance reviews can/will produce increases. Show us what you can do!

Our average work week is Monday through Thursday from 4:30am till 3pm which includes three 15-minute breaks and a half-hour, unpaid lunch. Currently, we are working 4 x 10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday due to moderate volumes of product to be painted. When volumes are at a peak, Friday shifts are required at overtime pay. We offer paid vacation after the first year and medical benefits after 90 days.
