Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
- Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
- Develop project plans and drive project milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Establish an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day direction to project resources to keep the project on track.
- Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets to track project progress.
- Utilize specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word to streamline project management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field].
- 2-5 years of experience in project management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project planning, judgment, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Expertise in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- PMP certification is a plus.
