What You Will Do as a Home Health AideAt Stonerise Home Health, a Home Health Aide career is more than a job or “a calling” – it’s a chance to leave a legacy of service and love on someone’s life. As a Home Health Aide, you will [insert job description intro]. Some of your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personal care to patients including, bathing, changing bed linens, assisting with dressing, etc.
  • Preparing nutritious meals and assisting in feeding
  • Taking vitals such as, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
  • Assisting in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care
  • Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as needed
  • Assisting patients in the self-administration of medications
  • Reporting on patients’ conditions and significant changes to the RN
