- Be the leader of our First Impressions team, answering phones and greeting walk-ins.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
- Service tasks can include but are not limited to processing payments, responding to billing inquiries, assisting our policyholders with claim filing as well as any follow up support, develop leads, schedule appointments, and work daily tasks from corporate.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
