Job Description :

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will ensure that our lot is free from trash and debris and that the vehicles in our showrooms are always presentable.

This role is essential in maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Regularly patrol the lot to pick up trash and debris, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the showroom, including dusting, polishing, and cleaning windows.
• Ensure all common areas, including restrooms, waiting areas, and offices, are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
